Pallet racking is one of the most popular types of warehouse storage systems today. Heavy duty pallet racking design to lock the beam to the upright for quick and easy assembly.

Industrial Pallet Racking Structure Description
1. The wide aisle pallet rack utilizes a heavy-duty, plug-in combined structure. The upright frame, which is a fabricated assembly, consists of multiple horizontal and diagonal braces along with columns. The upright frame is anchored to the ground using internal expansion bolts.
2. The beam is connected to the upright using a plug-in connection and is equipped with safety pins. This design effectively prevents accidents caused by forklift operation errors, such as the forklift's forks dislodging from the beam.

3. Two adjacent rows of shelves are reinforced and connected by row spacers to enhance the overall load-bearing capacity and stability of the shelving system.
4. Anti-collision guardrails are installed on the sides of all warehouse pallet shelves to prevent direct impact from forklifts during operation, thereby reducing damage to the pallet shelving and improving the safety and reliability of the operation.

Pallet racking is the most widely used type of racking in warehouses. It is typically used for goods placed directly on pallets, which are then stacked using forklifts (including ASRS, electric pallet trucks, and other equipment) onto beams or directly onto shelves. Support beams and additional layers can also be added to accommodate more goods. This type of racking is suitable for loads ranging from 1000 to 5000 kilograms per layer.

Within the racking industry, racking systems are commonly classified into several types: selective racks, push-back racks, deep-lane racks, press-in racks, drive-in racks, shuttle racks, cantilever racks, gravity racks, and others.

Managers must thoroughly consider various factors such as warehouse space, storage capacity, weight of goods, product characteristics, access methods, and other conditions before selecting the type of shelving that best suits their requirements.

Depending on the method of cargo storage, different types of forklifts can be utilized. This demonstrates the impact of well-designed racking systems on enhancing logistics management and operational efficiency.
