Industrial Warehouse Shelves Adjustable Metal Racking

Characteristics of medium-sized shelving structure:
It belongs to a type of storage shelving, namely the shelf-type shelving. It is named and classified based on the load-bearing capacity of the shelving. According to this classification principle, medium-sized shelving lies between light and heavy shelving, hence the name medium-sized shelving. Generally, each layer of the shelving can bear a load of 150kg - 800kg (the majority of the load-bearing capacity is calculated in terms of layer). 

Shelf structure:
1. The shelf columns are formed by rolling cold-rolled steel plates through a dedicated cold bending forming machine. The front of the columns are punched with double rows of holes, with the hole distances arranged in a straight line at a 50mm interval. The holes are used to hang the crossbeams; two columns are placed opposite each other, and there is a horizontal connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe in the middle to assemble the two columns into the shelf columns.

2. The shelf crossbeams are made of "P"-shaped pipe materials, commonly known as "step beams". The height of the steps matches the height of the floor slabs.

3. The steel layer plates of the shelves are formed by bending cold-rolled steel plates to the required dimensions on all four sides.

4. The crossbeams are hung and assembled with the shelf columns to form a frame. Then, the steel layer plates are laid, and thus a complete set of medium-sized shelves is formed.

5. After all the components are processed and formed, they are all treated through processes such as grinding, acid washing, phosphating, fully automatic powder electrostatic spraying, and drying before being assembled into finished products. The finished shelves have a smooth and beautiful surface; the shelves can be adjusted up and down at an interval of 50mm according to the requirements, and are easy to disassemble and assemble. 

Scope of Application
1. It is commonly used for storing small and medium-sized items as well as heavy goods. The single-layer load-bearing capacity is preset within the range of 150kg to 800kg.

2. Widely used in various scenarios where manual handling, storage, and picking operations are the main tasks, including storage and display.
