The Cantilever racking system is ideal for storing long and bulky items such as tubes and beams. This specialized solution comprises a base, columns, and robust, versatile cantilever arms.
The system consists of vertical columns anchored in bases or feet, which transfer forces to the warehouse slab or floor. Fixed to the vertical columns are arms of varying lengths, tailored to the characteristics of the goods being stored.
The system can be configured with multiple bays in the longitudinal direction to accommodate load units, utilizing a modular construction approach. The components of heavy-duty cantilever racking, which are designed according to the specifications of the loading units, are constructed from hot-rolled profiles.
Depending on the installation specifications, vertical bracing may be necessary. End stops can be installed at the ends of the arms to prevent the accidental dropping of load units.
