Heavy Duty Warehouse Prefab Mezzanine Floor
details
The overall structure of the mezzanine floor racking system is assembled, eliminating the need for field welding. Compared to concrete or H-steel structures, the mezzanine floor system offers the benefit of a bottom shelf that supports the upper floor, resulting in lower costs and higher space efficiency.

Mezzanine shelving floor panels come in various types, such as flat steel plates, pattern steel plates, and perforated steel plates, to accommodate different fire protection, ventilation, and lighting needs. Goods can be transported between floors using forklifts, hydraulic lifting platforms, or freight elevators, while same-level transportation is typically handled by small trolleys. Lighting systems can also be installed beneath the floor, as needed.

Storage mezzanine platforms generally support a load of 300KG to 1000KG per square meter. The columns are typically double columns for added strength, while the main beams are usually box beams or double box beams. Cross beams are commonly square tube beams.
Introduction to the Mezzanine Floor Racking System:
The mezzanine racking system is designed to construct an intermediate loft within an existing warehouse or above rack shelves, thereby increasing vertical storage space. Mezzanine racking can be configured into a two-tier or three-tier attic system, which is ideal for storing lightweight foam and small to medium-sized goods.

It is particularly well-suited for the manual storage of goods that come in a variety of high volumes or small batches.
These goods are typically transported to the second and third floors using forklifts, hydraulic elevators, or freight elevators. Once on the upper levels, light trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks move the goods to specific shelf positions, where they are finally placed onto the shelves by hand.

This integrated racking system, combined with the mezzanine storage rack, generally employs medium-sized or heavy-duty racks as the primary support structure, with the floor panels (the rack is selected based on the total load capacity of the individual rack). The floor panels are commonly made of cold-rolled steel, checkered steel, or steel grating. Mezzanine storage shelf systems are widely used in various industries, including auto parts, automobile 4S shops, light industry, electronics, and more.
