Hand-loaded racks or shelves designed for picking are intended to accommodate loads that can be manually manipulated for storage or retrieval. The system features a configuration and design that offer flexibility, allowing for extended lengths to store bulky items and providing multiple height adjustment options.
The light-duty warehouse racking system comprises welded uprights or frames that span its height, with the load capacity to be placed horizontally at the desired height. These frames are constructed from two uprights connected by supports, which facilitate the delivery of goods to the warehouse floor.
In the horizontal plane, the load-bearing level consists of two beams—one at the front and one at the back—on which a wooden floor (particle board) or a metal steel board can be placed. Goods are stored on these shelves.
Depending on the required beam length and the load to be stored, various beam profiles can be utilized.
