Brief introduction of light duty long span shelf

Structure of long Span Shelf
1. The medium duty shelf is mainly composed of columns, beams, laminates.
2. Shelf column is formed by cold-rolled steel plate through special rolling and bending molding machine.
3. Shelf layer plate with cold rolled steel plate according to the required size of four edges bending molding.
4. Without bolt connection, assembly and disassembly are simple, only rubber hammer is needed for assembly/disassembly.
5. Process flow: black billet → remove surface dirt → chemical derusting → phosphating → plastic spraying → leveling and curing → finished product.
